Mr. Hayes has 33 years of mission experience in Southeast Asia, planting churches in Thailand and Cambodia. While in the Air Force during the Viet Nam War he spent his off hours working with missionaries falling in love with the ministry and the people of SE Asia. He felt God giving him the desire of his heart in returning to Thailand after his education. He has a B.A. from Bob Jones University, an MRE from Grand Rapids Seminary, and is ABD (all but dissertation) for a PhD from Cook School of Inter-cultural Studies, BIOLA University. The Hayes have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren, spread out in the U.S. and Thailand. Mr. Hayes loves Tennis and biking, and they love having students over.
