Please submit ONE evaluation for every course that you are currently taking.

This evaluations form will be available through June 22nd and will not be reopened.

Please know that faculty do not read the evaluations until at least a week after final grades have been submitted and posted. Therefore, your response will not affect your grade.

All responses are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you by any staff or faculty member.
