Description
This course will provide a survey of the criminal law, and develop knowledge about the intent and act requirements for criminal offenses. Students will learn the elements of various criminal offenses, capacity, and defenses. The course will provide an overview of criminal law statutes and case law, and
students will be assessed on their ability to identify relevant facts and apply legal principles.
