Focus: This week introduces students to the value of film-based learning as a tool to explore management and leadership concepts. Students will analyze how movies stimulate critical thinking, support leadership development, and enable the transmission of tacit knowledge. Through discussion and analysis of leadership as depicted in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and other sources, students will assess the potential of films to complement traditional academic content.
