I live in Lexington, N.C. I have three wonderful children. They are studying and finishing the Master's degree in their respective Universities. I love to teach and help students achieving their goals. I have been a practicing physician and Gynecologist & Obstetrician in Pakistan plus I have over 15 years of experience in this field. I did my PhD in Public Health in 2022. I absolutely love to engage in community for better health and prevention.

Description

This course introduces students to the field of health education and health promotion, including organizations, resources, and professional journals associated with the profession. The historical origins, philosophical, ethical and theoretical foundations of health education and health promotion will be examined, along with the professional responsibilities and competencies of health education specialists practicing in various settings.
