Before joining the faculty of Piedmont International University in 2015, I was a missionary in France (1989-2001), received a PhD from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (2001-2005), where I also taught as an adjunct professor. I also have taught online at Tennessee Temple University (2006-2015), at Liberty University (since 2009), and Luther Rice College and Seminary (2012-2021).

My areas of interests are Missions, Christian Education, and Biblical Studies. My research specialization is qualitative research, and I have held local church, mission agency, and seminary leadership positions. 

I am married to Trudy. We have three adult children, two children-in-laws, and one grandson.

Bio

Dr. Gregory comes to Piedmont after 31 years of full-time experience as a Senior Pastor in Mississippi and Tennessee. His last pastorate was Calvary Baptist Church (19 years) in Murfreesboro, TN, where he was the founding pastor. His approach to innovative church structure and leadership prompted him to produce a book project: nakedLEADERSHIP- Leading from the Inside Out. He has served as an adjunct at Belmont University in Nashville, and in Baptist Seminaries in Central America where he developed a Hebrew Grammar in Spanish: Los Esenciales de la Gramatica Hebrea.

Description

Continuation of research and writing in consultation with the dissertation advisor. The student is required to submit the revised versions of the first two chapters and write the remaining chapters, including the following: introduction and conclusion, the entire first draft, all necessary corrections, and the final draft.
