Description
This course will introduce students to the phenomenon of white collar crime and its treatment under
relevant criminal laws. Students will gain an understanding of theories behind white collar crime, the
different types of white collar crime, and prevention strategies. Students will also examine current
punishment theories and practices applicable to white collar crime.
