Welcome to Classroom Management & Internship! My name is Dr. Carr, and I look forward to helping you develop your classroom management and instructional strategies, because for students "classroom management had the largest effect on student achievement. This makes intuitive sense--students cannot learn in a chaotic poorly managed classroom" (Marzano & Marzano, 2003, p. 6).

Throughout this course you will learn effective ways to manage a classroom and gain hands on experience through your on-site Internship!

Important: You will need to find a school site to begin your Internship on your own. Please begin this process asap as you will need to complete your hours on-site at a school to complete your Internship requirement for this course (see course description for total number of hours).
