  • Week 1: Theories of Leadership. [unit]

    We will primarily research leadership theories and models in the program's first week. The research will cover a range of theories, including trait theory, behavioral theory, authentic leadership, and servant leadership.

    This week, you will research various decision-making models and strategies, including rational, bounded, and intuitive decision-making. Additionally, you will research the critical components of each model and understand how they can be applied in real-life scenarios to make effective decisions.
