  • Week 1: An Introduction to Strategic Planning [unit]

    The first week will provide an overview of the 7-week course along with the expectations. The professor will review the syllabus and answer any questions regarding the participation points, assignments, etc. In addition to providing an overview of this course, the first week will focus on defining strategic planning. Additionally, learners will demonstrate a firm understanding of the strategic planning process and components of a strategic plan.
