Carolina University has set up a new IT initiative allowing staff and faculty to select which laptop they would like for their new position. Each will vary slightly based processors, SSD size, and RAM, but the screen size and inputs/outputs are the same across the board.
Each installation will include a monitor and keyboard/mouse combo.
Please review each data sheet and select which laptop you would prefer. If you do not select one, the IT office will provide the first available to your start date.
To finalize your employment, you will need to fill out and sign the below forms in addition to providing a photo of yourself for your new Carolina University badge. (To access forms, click on links for each document for the fillable forms)
I-9 - Complete Section 1 and bring original, unexpired documents as described on page 3. If you are unable to bring your original identification documents to the business office, you may take the I-9 and identifications to a notary public for them to fill out Section 2 as an authorized representative.
